Managed the creation of numerous packaged software products for software development, database interaction and reporting. Responsibilities included design, development, management, quality assurance, marketing, and sales.

Projects have scaled from contracts for specific objects, to single applications, to full distributed systems including integration to real time data feeds, large relational databases, compute servers and other resources. Consult and lecture on object-oriented development methodologies and project management. Typically, these methodologies have been applied to distributed client/server applications for financial services and web-based application services.

Ukibi provided web accessible "up-to-date" contact management on an ASP & ISV basis to major web portals and telecommunications companies. As the Vice President of Development, I contributed my technical experience and expertise to Ukibi's broad management team. As leader of the development group, my responsibilities included management of the staff, consultants, projects and budget. As the technical architect of Ukibi's core technology, responsibilities included design and implementation of Ukibi's object oriented foundation architecture, database, remote systems integration and web applications.

· B2B Integrations accomplished using Skin-based look & feel and a complete Peer Services API.

Responsible for business development & strategy, marketing and over-all project management. Chief Technical Architect for the development of the premier product, MDIQ, a medical practice management system. The product is object-oriented, distributed, persistent, scalable and web-ready.

Responsible for the development of a NeXT project group. Responsibilities included design, development and deployment of consulting projects developed on NeXT Computers in Objective C.
· Developed a profit optimization system for retail stores based on market data provided by ACNielsen.
Shearson Lehman Hutton, Systems Analyst, NY, June 1988 - March 1990
Principal technologist responsible for the design and implementation of trading systems supporting equity arbitrage and program trading. Development was primarily in C++ on Sun Microsystems computers. Designed, implemented, and deployed distributed program trading systems, analytical model applications, and position management tools. Also involved in the analysis of new security issues for investment banking projects.
· Program Trading System integrated to SIAC, Reuter’s real-time data feed and position data in Sybase.
· Unbundled Stock Unit (USB) historical analytics proving profitability of the security over the previous 40 years.
